I previously hosted a weekly interview show called My Cool Friends, where I would have different business owners on to interview on a weekly basis. At one point, I had guests scheduled out for 2 - 3 months. I did the scheduling and all of the digital architecture it took to publish the podcast itself. Eventually, I took this system and trained a remote assistant on it so she could repeat it while I was able to protect more of my own personal time.
Many of the individuals who would guest as interviews on My Cool Friends would come on to my game show, Trivia murder party. This was a technological nightmare to put up, but I did it anyway. I would use software to put a PS5 screen onto my computer screen, then invite all of my guests to a Zoom call where we would remotely play the game and live stream it. If a guest won, they were encouraged to give away a prize for the next week's winner, so it encouraged both giving and receiving.
